FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
In order of most commonly asked questions:
Q: Is this website really 100% free? After I submit my profile, are you going to charge me to communicate with other members?
A: You will never be charged ever. No member fee ever on this online dating site.
Q: How do I change my username?
A: You can't. If you would like to change/modify your username, send me an email and i'll do it for you.

Q: How do I change my email address that I had submitted?
A: Simply email me the email address that you would like and I'll change it for you. It's important to use your primary email address because when someone writes you a message, you will get notified asap. If you use an email address you do not frequent, you will not know when someone messages you. Don't worry about getting emails from my website, as I'm not the type of site that will email bomb you.
Q: I'm having trouble uploading my photos. Why is that?
A: Most likely the file size is too large or you are using BMP file. You can edit your photo and save it as JPEG. Once you do that, you can upload it to your profile. Or, simply email me the photo and i'll do it for you.
Q: I registed on your online dating site, but I'm unable to communicate with other members. Why is that?
A: In order to communicate with other members, you must complete your profile. Once your profile is completed and submitted, you will have free access to communicate with other members.
Q: Why do I have to complete my profile to communicate with other members on your online dating site?
A: I did that because it eliminates spam and unnecessary people. This is a Jewish online dating site, therefore, security must be higher. You must fill out an entire profile; this process will naturally screen uneccessary spam. In addition, it will also allow you to report spam by becoming a member. I'm allowing the users to become moderators. It's a good tool to have on such a site.
Q: I like what you are doing for the Jewish community. How can I help?
A: All your help is beyond appreciated and would be considered a great mitzvah. The best way to help or volunteer is to help spread the word. Since this is a free site, advertising can get expensive, therefore, passing the information along to your Jewish friends and family would be a great service to the Jewish Nation.
Q: Why are you doing this for the Jewish community?
A: There is nothing more important to me than helping other Jews. I love the Jewish people, the Jewish Nation, and everything that has to do with Judaism. We are the Children of Israel and I feel strongly that a free platform would help and develop Jewish only relationships; hence, Jewish marriage. When Jewish marriage is organized, therein lies, more Jewish children for the future.
Q: I've been a member for a week and nobody has contacted me. Why is that?
A: I've researched this issue. There's a couple reasons why this may be happening. The first reason is based on photos. If you choose not to upload a photo, it will limit your message potential. Some believe it's "shallow" that someone will only contact those with photos, but its not the case. Having a photo gives the other person a sense of trust and comfort. They want to see who they are communicating with (putting a face to the name). It's more of a comfort issue. Another reason is activity on the site. You must be active on the site. Message people whom you believe would be a good match. If you contact enough people, you will get replies. Sometimes, you can't wait to be contacted. You must be proactive, kind, and courteous. If you don't get a reply back, don't worry too much. Someone else will reply eventually. Last but not least, this is a new and growing Jewish online dating site. Keep checking in. Everyday, 30-100 new users are registering.
Q: How can I eventually cancel my membership?
A: If you are still single, I strongly encourage you to leave your profile up. You are not losing anything. If there are not many matches in your area, just be patient. There are over 1,000 new members per month, so just keep checking in. I can assure you that your area will load up soon. If you met someone or in a relationship, you can simply email me the request. I'm also giving the user the ability to "hide" their profile. Coming very soon. Most people who elect that option have found their partner and choose not to be visible.
Q: I want to join SUPERTOVA; I'm Jewish, but not very religious. Is that a problem?
A: Absolutely not a problem. A Jew is a Jew; no matter what. You don't have to be religious to utilize the site. Every Jew is important; born with a high "neshama" or "soul"...we all have the ability to elevate Holiness back to Hashem; and that's what makes each of us Jewish and unique.
Q: How do I locate "my matches"?
A: Go to "My Profile" or "Your Profile" and look below your photo album. You will see a red box that says "my matches"
Q: I received an email with matches, however, they are not suitable. Why is that?
A: The reason why is because you never answered the questions concerning "about my date"..that criteria is extremely important in delivering your matches. Please fill it out and click submit.
Q: Do you need https on this site?
A: The website is very safe and secure. Most people are accustomed to sites that require your credit card information, so those sites are set up with an SSL Certificate, "Secured Socket Layer"...Since I do not accept credit card and never will, i do not need it. If you feel some questions are sensitive or personal, just don't answer them. Most questions have an option to say "prefer not to say"
